Candidates: When you apply to a job, employers can see:

Employers: When you post a job, candidates can see:

- Practice location and contact information
- Job posting details
- Public profile information
3.2 Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers ("sub-processors") who help us operate the Platform. The providers we currently use include:
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage (including resumes and uploaded documents)
- Vercel — application hosting and privacy-friendly, aggregate usage analytics
- Stripe — payment processing for employer subscriptions. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers; Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy
- Resend — delivery of transactional and notification emails
- LocationIQ — location autocomplete and geocoding for job searches
- Third-party job data providers — services such as Adzuna, Jooble, JSearch, and Google Jobs that supply the aggregated job listings described in Section 10A. When you search, we send your role and location query (not your identity) to these providers to return relevant listings
Our list of sub-processors may change as our services evolve. All sub-processors are engaged under terms that require them to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
3.3 Legal Requirements and Protection
We may disclose information when required by law or to:
- Comply with legal processes (subpoenas, court orders)
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements
- Protect our rights, property, or safety
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public

10A. Aggregated Job Listings from Third-Party Sources
To help you discover opportunities, the Platform displays job listings aggregated from third-party job boards and data providers (such as Adzuna, Jooble, JSearch, and Google Jobs) alongside listings posted directly by verified Dentistry House employers. Aggregated listings are clearly labeled as sourced from the web.
- When you apply to an aggregated listing, you leave our Platform and are directed to the third party's website. Any information you submit there is governed by that third party's privacy policy and terms, not ours.
- We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy, availability, hiring practices, or data handling of aggregated listings or the employers behind them.
- To retrieve relevant results, we send your search terms (for example, role and location) to these providers. We do not send your name, email, resume, or account identity as part of an aggregated search.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors.
Notice of Changes:

12. Healthcare Information and HIPAA
Important: Dentistry House is a job recruitment platform and is NOT a covered entity under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).
- We do not collect, store, or process patient health information (PHI)
- We do not access electronic health records (EHR)
- Job applications and profiles do not contain patient information
- Employers must not include PHI in job postings or communications through our Platform
If you are a dental professional, do not include patient information in your applications, profile, or communications through our Platform.
