Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Dentistry House. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dentistry House ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
1. Definitions
"Account" means your registered user account on the Platform.
"Candidate" means a dental professional seeking employment opportunities through the Platform.
"Content" means text, images, photos, audio, video, location data, and all other forms of data or communication.
"Employer" means a dental practice, organization, or Dental Service Organization (DSO) seeking to hire dental professionals.
"Job Posting" means a job opportunity posted by an Employer on the Platform.
"Application" means a Candidate's submission in response to a Job Posting.
"User Content" means Content that you submit, upload, or transmit through the Platform.
"Subscription" means a paid plan that provides access to premium features.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
- For Candidates: Hold or be eligible for dental professional licenses/credentials
- For Employers: Represent a legitimate dental practice or organization
2.2 Account Registration
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion
- Require additional verification information
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
2.3 Account Types
Candidate Accounts: For dental professionals seeking employment.
Employer Accounts: For dental practices posting jobs. Requires:
- Verification of practice legitimacy
- Valid business documentation
- Paid subscription (after free trial period)
Administrator Rights: Employer organizations may designate multiple users with varying permission levels. The primary account holder is responsible for all account activity.
3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
3.1 General Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Maintain professional conduct in all communications
- Keep your professional credentials current and valid
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
Misrepresentation:
- Falsify credentials, licenses, or professional qualifications
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Misrepresent your affiliation with any practice or organization
- Post fake, fraudulent, or misleading job postings
- Provide false information in applications
Unlawful Conduct:
- Violate any local, state, federal, or international law
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Engage in discriminatory practices prohibited by law
- Violate employment laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm other users
Platform Abuse:
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
- Use automated systems (bots, scripts) without permission
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
- Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Commercial Misuse:
- Use the Platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation
- Recruit users for competing platforms
- Post jobs for non-dental positions
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Use information for purposes other than intended recruitment
Content Violations:
- Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content
- Share confidential or proprietary information without authorization
- Include patient health information (PHI) or HIPAA-protected data
- Post content that violates third-party rights
4. Job Postings and Applications
4.1 Employer Job Postings
Employers agree to:
- Post only legitimate, available positions
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with all employment and anti-discrimination laws
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Honor posted salary ranges and benefits
- Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner
- Not use candidate information for purposes other than recruitment
- Remove or mark jobs as filled when no longer available
Job Posting Standards:
- Must be for dental professional positions
- Must include accurate location, compensation, and requirements
- Must not contain false or misleading information
- Must not include inappropriate or discriminatory content
- Must comply with our Content Guidelines
4.2 Candidate Applications
Candidates agree to:
- Apply only to positions for which you are qualified
- Provide accurate information in applications and resumes
- Not apply to positions solely to collect information
- Maintain confidentiality of employer information shared during recruitment
- Withdraw applications if you are no longer interested
- Notify employers promptly of status changes
Application Materials:
- You retain ownership of your application materials
- By submitting, you grant us a license to display and share them with Employers
- You warrant that your materials do not infringe third-party rights
- You are responsible for ensuring accuracy and currency
4.3 Verification Process
We reserve the right to:
- Verify dental licenses and professional credentials
- Verify employer legitimacy and practice information
- Request additional documentation for verification
- Deny, suspend, or remove unverified accounts or postings
- Share verification status with relevant users
You agree to:
- Cooperate with verification processes
- Provide requested documentation promptly
- Notify us of any changes to credentials or business status
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
Free Trial:
- Duration: 14 days from account creation
- Features: Limited job postings and basic features
- Credit card on file required, automatically converts to 1 office paid plan unless canceled prior to end of trial period
Paid Subscriptions:
- Standard 1 office Plan: $249/month
- Multi-Location 2-5 Office Plan: $399/month
- Multi-Location 6-10 Office Plan: $499/month
- Multi-Location 11-20 Office Plan: $599/month
- Custom Enterprise 21+ Office Plans: Contact sales
Plan Features: As detailed on our Pricing Page, subject to change with notice.
5.2 Billing and Payment
Subscription Billing:
- Charged monthly in advance on subscription date
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
Payment Information:
- Must provide valid payment method
- Keep billing information current
- Responsible for all charges to your account
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized charges
Fees and Taxes:
- All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD)
- Prices exclude applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, etc.)
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
- We may adjust prices with 30 days' notice
5.3 Add-On Services
Featured Job Listings:
- $99 per job posting (one-time fee)
- Enhanced visibility in search results
- Highlighted placement on homepage
- Valid for 30 days or until position filled
5.4 Refund Policy
No Refunds: All subscription fees and add-on purchases are non-refundable except:
- Required by applicable law
- Service unavailability caused by us exceeding 3 consecutive days
- Billing errors (credited to account)
Cancellation:
- You may cancel anytime through account settings
- Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
- No prorated refunds for partial months
- Access continues through paid period
Free Trials:
- One free trial per organization
- Must cancel before trial end to avoid charges
- We reserve the right to verify eligibility
5.5 Account Suspension for Non-Payment
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Failed payment processing
- Expired payment methods
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Fraud or suspected fraud
Reinstatement: Pay outstanding balance and update payment information.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Platform Ownership
The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, compilation, and code) are owned by Dentistry House, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our Trademarks:
- "Dentistry House" name and logo
- All product names, logos, and service marks
You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
6.2 Your Content License to Us
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
- Use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your Content
- Distribute your Content through the Platform
- Create derivative works for Platform improvement
- Use your Content for marketing (with your permission)
This license:
- Exists for the duration of your account
- Continues for archived content as necessary for business operations
- Does not transfer ownership of your Content to us
- You may revoke by deleting content or closing your account (subject to retention requirements)
6.3 User Content Warranties
By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have necessary rights to the Content
- The Content does not infringe third-party rights
- The Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
- You have obtained all necessary permissions and releases
6.4 Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform:
- We may use them without compensation or attribution
- You grant us all rights to implement and commercialize
- No confidential relationship is created
- We have no obligation to implement or respond
7. Third-Party Services and Links
7.1 Third-Party Integrations
The Platform may integrate with third-party services:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Google Maps for location services
- Email service providers
- Analytics tools
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
7.2 External Links
The Platform may contain links to external websites. We do not endorse or control external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms of service.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Communications
9.1 Platform Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive:
- Transactional Emails: Account notifications, application updates, password resets
- Service Announcements: Platform updates, policy changes, security alerts
- Job Alerts: Relevant job postings (Candidates, can opt-out)
- Applicant Notifications: Application status updates (Employers)
These communications are essential to the service and cannot be disabled.
9.2 Marketing Communications
Optional Communications:
- Newsletter and product updates
- Feature announcements and tips
- Survey and feedback requests
- Promotional offers
Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link or account settings.
9.3 User-to-User Communications
The Platform facilitates communication between Candidates and Employers:
- Messages are stored on our servers or service provider servers
- We may monitor communications to prevent abuse
- Communications must remain professional and lawful
- Do not share contact information in initial communications (use Platform messaging)
10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
10.1 Platform "AS IS"
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
- Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding quality of jobs, candidates, or employment outcomes
10.2 No Employment Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- That Candidates will find employment
- That Employers will find suitable candidates
- The quality, accuracy, or legality of jobs or applications
- Successful employment relationships
- Compliance with employment laws by users
- Verification accuracy (though we use reasonable efforts)
You acknowledge:
- Dentistry House is a platform facilitating connections
- We are not a party to employment relationships
- We do not make hiring decisions
- Employment outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control
10.3 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Your interactions with other users
- Evaluating job opportunities or candidates
- Verifying credentials and qualifications independently
- Compliance with employment and labor laws
- Interview processes and hiring decisions
- Employment contracts and relationships
- Background checks and additional due diligence
10.4 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DENTISTRY HOUSE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect, Incidental, Special, Consequential, or Punitive Damages, including:
- Lost profits or revenue
- Loss of data or information
- Loss of business opportunities
- Reputational harm
- Unsuccessful employment outcomes
- Costs of substitute services
Direct Damages Limitation: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of:
- (a) Fees paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or
- (b) $100
Exceptions: Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.5 No Liability for User Content or Conduct
We are not responsible for:
- User Content or conduct
- False, misleading, or fraudulent information posted by users
- Unlawful discrimination or harassment by users
- Violations of employment law by users
- Disputes between users
- Quality of candidates or job opportunities
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dentistry House and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or regulation
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Your User Content
- Your negligence or willful misconduct
- Employment disputes arising from your hiring or job-seeking activities
- Discrimination or harassment claims related to your conduct
We reserve the right to:
- Assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification
- Require your cooperation in the defense
- Settle claims at our discretion
Your indemnification obligations survive termination of these Terms.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
12.1 Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to:
- Contact us at dentistryhousecareers@gmail.com with a written description of the dispute
- Provide your name, contact information, and account details
- Describe the issue and desired resolution
- Attempt good-faith negotiation for 60 days
12.2 Binding Arbitration
IF INFORMAL RESOLUTION FAILS, YOU AND DENTISTRY HOUSE AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION INSTEAD OF COURT, EXCEPT FOR CERTAIN EXCEPTIONS BELOW.
Arbitration Agreement:
- Conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
- Governed by AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules
- Held in Pennsylvania or remotely
- Decision is binding and enforceable in court
- Arbitrator may award same relief as a court
Exceptions to Arbitration:
- Small claims court matters (below jurisdictional limit)
- Injunctive or equitable relief for intellectual property infringement
- Claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law
12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND DENTISTRY HOUSE AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
- No class arbitrations or class actions
- No consolidation of multiple users' claims
- Each user must bring claims individually
If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement shall not apply to that claim.
12.4 Jury Trial Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND DENTISTRY HOUSE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR ANY DISPUTE RESOLVED IN COURT.
12.5 Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For disputes not subject to arbitration:
- Exclusive jurisdiction: State and federal courts located in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania
- You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts
- You waive objections to venue or inconvenient forum
12.6 Statute of Limitations
You must bring any claim within one (1) year after the claim arises, or the claim is permanently barred.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time:
- Through account settings
- By contacting support
- No refund for remaining subscription period
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Conduct harmful to other users or the Platform
- Suspected security breach
- Non-payment of fees
- Inactivity exceeding 24 months
- Any reason at our discretion
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Platform ceases immediately
- We may delete your account and Content (subject to retention requirements)
- Job postings are removed
- Active applications remain accessible to relevant parties for 90 days
- Outstanding fees remain due
- Certain provisions survive termination (see Section 13.4)
13.4 Surviving Provisions
The following provisions survive termination:
- Intellectual Property Rights
- User Content Licenses
- Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- Indemnification
- Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
- Any provisions that by their nature should survive
14. Modifications to Terms and Platform
14.1 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with a new "Last Updated" date.
Notice of Material Changes:
- Email notification to registered users
- Platform notification upon login
- 30 days to review before acceptance required
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree to modified Terms:
- Stop using the Platform
- Close your account
- Modified Terms will not apply to disputes arising before the modification
14.2 Platform Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any features
- Change subscription plans, features, or pricing with 30 days' notice
- Impose limits on features or storage
- Update or remove Content
We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dentistry House regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights/obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
15.5 No Agency
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Dentistry House. Neither party has authority to bind the other.
15.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
15.7 Notices
To You: We may provide notices via:
- Email to your registered email address
- Platform notifications
- Posting on the Platform

Notices are deemed received:
- Email: 24 hours after sending
- Platform: Upon posting
- Mail: 3 business days after mailing
15.8 Export Controls
The Platform may be subject to U.S. export control laws. You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo or on any U.S. government list of prohibited parties.
15.9 Government Users
If you are a U.S. government entity, the Platform is a "commercial item" as defined in FAR 2.101, consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation." Government use is subject to these Terms.
15.10 Interpretation
Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
Including means "including without limitation."
Or is not exclusive unless context requires otherwise.
Ambiguities are not construed against the drafting party.
