Recruiters usually charge a share of first-year pay, often thousands of dollars per hire. Here a hygienist interview is $100, and you only pay for people who said yes.

- Is there a monthly fee?
- No. There are no subscriptions, setup fees or contracts. You pay per accepted interview, and nothing else.
- Do I pay for applicants?
- No. Applying is free and so is reviewing applicants. You see each applicant’s first name, experience, skills and pay floor. If you invite an applicant to interview and they accept, that interview is charged like any other, and their contact details and resume unlock.
- What counts as an accepted interview?
- A candidate tapping Accept on your interview request. That’s the moment their contact details are shared with you, and the moment we charge. If they decline or don’t answer within 14 days, you pay nothing.
- What if they don’t show up?
- Report it from your Interviews page within 30 days of them accepting, and we’ll credit the full fee back to your account. Credit is used before your card on the next accepted interview.
- Do candidates ever pay?
- Never. Profiles, job alerts, pay data and the offer checker are free for dental professionals.
- Can I post without listing pay?
- No. Hygienists and assistants choose jobs by pay first, so every listing on Dentistry House shows it. Posting is still free.
- Is pricing different for recruiters?
- No. Recruiters and staffing firms post free and pay the same per accepted interview.
